PFINDER 73 ProLight: UV technology for NDT - redefined
Perfect for fluorescent magnetic particle and penetrant testing
PFINDER 73 ProLight is a UV hand-held lamp based on LED technology for inspecting test results under UV radiation in fluorescent magnetic particle and penetrant testing.
The wavelength of PFINDER 73 ProLight is 365 ± 3 nm.
LARGE-SCALE RADIATION
With 16 UV LEDs, a large and uniform radiation area with a diameter of up to 50 cm is achieved (evaluable area / distance 38 cm).
OUTSTANDING HOMOGENEITY
The outstanding homogeneity of the radiation surface supports peripheral vision during inspection. This leads to greater evaluation reliability. PFINDER 73 ProLight therefore meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 3059 to a particularly high degree.

PFINDER 73 ProLight: Large area and uniform
The arrangement of the 16 UV LEDs achieves large-area, uniform illumination of the inspection surface with outstanding homogeneity.
This supports peripheral vision during inspection, which leads to greater evaluation reliability.
PFINDER 73 ProLight therefore meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 3059 to a particularly high degree.
PFINDER 73 ProLight: 100% reliable, constant output
The electronic control system always keeps the intensity of the PFINDER 73 ProLight at a constant level, regardless of the battery charge level.
If an LED fails or the battery charge falls below the minimum level, the device switches off completely immediately.
Tests with insufficient radiation intensity are therefore impossible.
PFINDER 73 ProLight: Always available and ready for use
The supplied standard rechargeable battery (2 Ah) provides power for up to 2.5 hours of continuous operation.
Recharging takes approx. 30 minutes.
By using a standard rechargeable battery (CAS system), replacement or additional rechargeable batteries of various capacities are available worldwide. A costly battery change or sending in the spotlight is therefore not necessary.
