COLOR PENETRATION TEST BETTER THAN EVER BEFORE
PFINDER 860 is a mineral oil-free, directly water-washable penetrant for surface crack detection. It impresses with its easy removability and high sensitivity. Due to its good washability, the new PFINDER 860 leaves only a low background fluorescence even on rough surfaces and thus enables very good readability.
VERY GOOD BIODEGRADABILITY
PFINDER 860 is now also highly biodegradable according to ISO 9888 / Zahn-Wellens EMPA test (OECD 302 B). Details and test report available on request. A significant advantage for the user: waste water treatment is no longer required for the process water from the penetrant process. This waste water can be discharged into the local sewage system (after approval by the authorities).
HIGH LEVEL OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY
The formulation of PFINDER 860 is now even safer for the user. The careful selection of raw materials ensures moderate labeling and a low hazard potential.

Outstanding results in practical applications
In initial series tests at a test user, a particular savings potential has now been identified: By using PFINDER 860 on its test lines, the company, which operates in the centrifugal casting sector, was able to reduce its consumption of wet developer by almost 30%. This was achieved thanks to the special display intensity and sensitivity of PFINDER 860. The consumption of dye penetrant was also significantly reduced.
